Pros

• Talented, collaborative teams • Strong product and innovation potential • Opportunities to learn

Cons

There’s undeniable talent and great potential here, but when it comes to work-life balance, inclusion, and meaningful support for employee wellbeing, the company often falls short of its promises. While flexibility and people-first policies exist on paper, in reality they are applied inconsistently — not just in terms of accommodations, but also in access to opportunities. This creates an environment where outcomes can feel unpredictable, and sometimes personal. Employees are left unsure of where they stand, which erodes trust and psychological safety. This has been especially challenging in a year marked by significant retrenchments, which have contributed to a culture of instability, anxiety, and silence around difficult topics. The company is vocal about its values and invests heavily in the optics of inclusion and wellbeing — but too often, these efforts feel surface-level. The deeper systemic issues around consistency, equity, and leadership accountability remain unresolved. If the company wants to position itself as a truly progressive and inclusive workplace, it must go beyond branding. It needs to hardwire fairness, transparency, and trust into how decisions are made and how people are treated — day in and day out.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
