* Small teams, direct line to senior management * Thorough training offered (in the past, going through re-org so chaotic now) * Ability to focus on report writing and formulating insights, position is split with Project managers who take care of the field and tab services, so client managers can focus on client deliverables (in the past, going through re-org so chaotic now)
Cons
*Most managers are lacking. When you finally get someone decent, they jump ship * No such thing as work life balance, serious slave culture (industry wide) and no overtime pay *Lack of diversity, 100% of management team is now white. There was some diversity in the past, but with recent re-org they changed that and brought in only White team members, I head of this in the USA offices but I did not expect this to happen in Canada too *New CEO is out of touch with reality and causing unnecessary hardship for staff, management does not stand up to him and expects staff to blindly follow
