      Pros

      Kantar's big strength is in the strong expertise, tools, and approaches that can come together in a way to solve big, strategic client business problems in a way that no one else can. The tools in the toolbox make Kantar a powerhouse going into big client pitches that require significant investment. I have seen first-hand how this enables us to win in high stakes pitches. Kantar is full of very smart people that are really great to work with in a positive, smart culture that is a strong asset. The culture makes coming to work everyday a pleasure.

      Cons

      Mountains of admin tasks & inefficient processes that simply do not work & require an inordinate amount of time. If this does not get fixed, it is the one thing that will have me heading for the door. Oh - and also if the new leadership screws up the positive, collaborative culture, I guess that would, too.

      Pros

      None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

      Cons

      - carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
