Pros
The Australian office is a small, close knit team with inspiring leaders, interesting clients and fascinating business challenges. Team is made up of passionate people who are serious about work but don't take themselves too seriously. It's a fast learning environment which means it can be uncomfortable - great for people who thrive in this environment, but it's not for everyone
Cons
Environment is challenging - for people who like process and clear guidelines it can be a struggle. Not the highest payers in the industry. Executive management can be distant and are too hungry for work at times meaning too many projects for the team.
