Suddenly laid off 40% in Los Angeles without regard on the health and welfare of the people who are left behind to tackle all the work. Clients are charged premium for a few automated reports, yet jobs end up loss-making work because of too many CEOs with salaries equated into each project. The people who are actually working on the projects are only allocated/allowed to bill a few hours a week to make the projects look profitable. So in the books they look under utilized and eventually unfairly let go when in reality those people worked very long hours too like everyone else.
