Pays well. Most everyone is friendly.
Cons
Management is very stressful. Comp keeps changing and they make sure that the sales people do not make money. It is not motivating. The client success team are not nice and it's a competition with the client on who leads what. There is NO training for sales. You have to figure it out as you go.
