      Bonuses that compensate low basic salary, flexibility with home office

      Things went really quickly downhills in 2022, worst thing is lack of appreciation, you feel worthless yet with huge work overload and it led me to a proper burnout. They promote themselves as "kws family" and "make yourself grow" while you are only treated as a number and only thing they make you is desperate. Promotions given are not transparent at all, managers are incompentent with huge ego. Chaos is everywhere and turnover of the people is huge in every department so if you are there for a longer time you train everyone and its part of your daily job.

      Benefits are alright and you get some holidays off.

      Cons

      There’s no room to advance within department, and favoritism plays a huge role in your success here. Promotion is rare and expectations are high, so you’ll probably do a lot more work than you are compensated for. Some areas have extreme and dangerous working conditions which are ignored by supervisors/management. The Tangent facility has a really high turnover rate and there seems to be company-wide production issues as well.
