      90% of the people you meet here are lovely and genuine and smart and want to help you succeed, upskill, and become professionally satisfied.

      Cons

      If you get a bad manager, your life is going to be awful. The company is known for tough deadlines and a lot of work, and if you land a bad or disorganized manager, it makes it impossible to thrive here.
