Pros
None to be completely honest
Cons
Everything possible. Was extended an offer for summer 2023 back in 2021. I accepted it in 2021. One month before I finish my masters to start my summer career, they inform me I wont start until November. I say that doesn't work for me. They say they can maybe get an "exception"? An exception? To start when I was supposed to? After 2.5 weeks of no responses (I emailed three people), I decided to rescind my acceptance, because I finish school in a matter of weeks and need to get something set in stone. They acted surprised? Like they were so disrespectful and unprofessional then acted surprised when I decided to act in my best interest and go somewhere that respects me. A director at KPMG then calls me and yells at me nonstop saying that it is all my fault and that I won't get anywhere in my career. Totally unprofessional behavior my a supposed "leadership figure". Totally cemented my decision to rescind. I do not want to work with people that treat people like crap. Avoid KPMG at all costs. They do not even pay a competitive salary.
