      The seniors are helpful, learning curve is very steep, you can and need to learn a lot of stuff in short time

      Cons

      The audit culture. I think most people are aware, due to tight deadlines, depending on your engagement/client, long hours etc

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
