      Pros

      The people were awesome. Always helpful, interested in helping you grow, etc.. Was very hard for me to leave the firm because of the people

      Cons

      Compensation is just downright bad in Big4 accounting. For having a 4 month busy season, the compensation just doesn't match the intensity of the work sometimes. I lateraled into banking because if I'm going to work longer hours, I'd like to get paid for it. Big 4 accounting is a factory where they just churn through associates in 1-2 years.

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
