      The team I worked with were great, very close felt like a family.

      Cons

      Management were always so distant, not reactive enough when you had a problem and were too quick to implement big changes when they were not neefed

      Friendly work environment, a pretty easy job.

      Cons

      The wage might be a bit low, working traffic might cost. Not really the ideal lifetime job.
