•Horrible management •Harassing staff to harass customers •Forcing staff to ask for loyalty scheme sign up at till. •working every weekend and late shifts on week days. • constantly understaffed because the company can't keep staff. • unrealistic targets • unkind managers and supervisors • customers getting annoyed with staff because one till is open. •lots of old stock sitting in the stock room • horrible area mangers and trainers
