50% discount. Always had support from upper management (although delayed response as they are worked very hard!) Good training to give tools you need to run the store if working in a managerial position. Great community, all stores were willing to support and help one another. Gained a wealth of knowledge in store management and in some cases there are great opportunities for career growth within the company.
Cons
No product training given, all in store training which is difficult in busier stores. Compared to other beauty brands Kiko do not give detailed enough training on product. Too many last minute shop floor changes which causes stress. Not enough store hours to cover the footfall, back of house jobs and cleaning expectations. Product targets constantly changing meaning team are never sure what to focus on. Too many part time contracts, but expectations of staff was to be fully flexible to cover sickness and last minute changes which is unrealistic when hiring part time employees.
