It is a very messy company, only hires part-timers but you usually do way more hours, the upper management is pointless to go to, never responds, did not deal with any issues that we had in the shop or with our management, hires incompetent people to do management jobs with no experience in the retail or makeup field which resulted in issues in communication with the staff and managing the shop. Also compared to other brands for working in Central London you get a quite low wage.
