staff discount- however can only use 6 times per year and not on sales items...and is only 20%
Cons
everything- they will give you the rota 2 days before the next week and expect you to drop everything and be avaliable wherever and whenever they need you. The relationship between the managers and sales assistants is non-exsistant if you are not reaching sales targets you get treated as if you aren't human- i'd almost call it bullying
