So where do I start??!! Let's start with management: unmotivating area managers who are not only under trained on CA law, but are given the authority to create write ups that are not investigated and flat out ludicrous.
Now let's talk about favoritism and discrimination. I was ridiculed by my area manager for not being black enough, spoken down to when I spoke of polices being broken, verbally and mentally abused every day I worked there. Forced many times to work OFF the clock for fear my job. These issues are NOT being addressed, as a matter a fact HR chooses to remain neutral when you complain and look the other way. People are fired and cast aside for NO reason, it's like high school. I have never worked for such a messy un organized company in my life. Under paid, taken advantage of and NOT appreciated at all. The greatest day here was my last.
