Pros
Flexible hours, excellent learning environment and changing work routine. There are always customers to help and new challenges ahead. It was an interesting position to fill and I learnt a lot during my time as a team leader.
Cons
Managers did not pay attention that one manager was performing poorly and a lot of people in the department were unhappy with the situation.
