Pros

Pay is strong and opportunities seem to present at younger ages than other medical device companies. I work with many Sr. Director, VP, and even C Suite level team members who are 36-45 years old.

Cons

The unfortunately consequence of being a great company for existing employees (i.e. internal promotions, etc) is that I see quite a few senior team members who are really really bad at their functions and lack strong best practice and industry knowledge. In other businesses there would be leaders who would solve problems more quickly and achieve better results. The business keeps moving, but if you're a person with strong experience and industry knowledge you just scratch your head sometimes and ask yourself, "WTF are they doing?" Then you have to keep quiet because of office politics and just wait for it to hit the fan.

Pros

Great benefits and pto days off

Cons

Management has no idea how to run this program. They send of directives and only some people follow the rules. They're constantly having Wfm write you up for something. They ask for unrealistic expectations and when you can't comply you get written up for that as well. You can't even go to the restroom without being off the and having your score affected. Callas are back to back and other teams don't do you job so you are just lying to patients. They force you to work mandatory Ot and can't get a day off to use the time you are given but will take it away if you don't use it within a specific time frame. Top management has no idea what the trenches actually do. Run don't walk. They force you in a job you don't want and make you stay there for 18 months. Jnj is a great company but their service center is a nightmare. Join at your own risk
