Pros

Company really cares about the users of its products--great reputation. Very high caliber of employees and best practices.

Cons

Very political environment when it comes to advancement--very politically correct. Ther tends to be a strong mentor system, which is great if you're in the fast track mentor system but not so great if you aren't. Even strong performers who aren't "attached" to someone to pull them up with them won't advance as quickly as those who are. Net result is that J&J often loses some very talented people and some not so talented people stay in senior positions when they aren't best for the job.

Pros

Great benefits and pto days off

Cons

Management has no idea how to run this program. They send of directives and only some people follow the rules. They're constantly having Wfm write you up for something. They ask for unrealistic expectations and when you can't comply you get written up for that as well. You can't even go to the restroom without being off the and having your score affected. Callas are back to back and other teams don't do you job so you are just lying to patients. They force you to work mandatory Ot and can't get a day off to use the time you are given but will take it away if you don't use it within a specific time frame. Top management has no idea what the trenches actually do. Run don't walk. They force you in a job you don't want and make you stay there for 18 months. Jnj is a great company but their service center is a nightmare. Join at your own risk
