Pros

J&J operates more or less according to their code of ethics, the Credo. Many companies have something like this, but J&J is probably of the few that invokes it on a day in day out basis for making business decisions. That is not to say that it is at times forgotten or even skewed to benefit a select few individuals, but that is only select cases. J&J is excellent at communicating to their employees, personal development, and the management has an open door policy and is very willing to share about their careers and career development with you. There are also potentially limitless opportunities given the sheer size and global presence in J&J and you are definitely encouraged to move around within the company.

Cons

It is limited by traditional, old school corporate thinking in terms of taboos like salary info sharing and lack of new school benefits that some of the smaller healthcare companies may have.

Pros

Great benefits and pto days off

Cons

Management has no idea how to run this program. They send of directives and only some people follow the rules. They're constantly having Wfm write you up for something. They ask for unrealistic expectations and when you can't comply you get written up for that as well. You can't even go to the restroom without being off the and having your score affected. Callas are back to back and other teams don't do you job so you are just lying to patients. They force you to work mandatory Ot and can't get a day off to use the time you are given but will take it away if you don't use it within a specific time frame. Top management has no idea what the trenches actually do. Run don't walk. They force you in a job you don't want and make you stay there for 18 months. Jnj is a great company but their service center is a nightmare. Join at your own risk
