Pros

Development opportunities, supportive management and team (this is team dependent though)

Cons

Paid less than I am worth, no significant salary increase if you stay without really job hopping

Pros

J&J has an amazing internship program that helps students to build on practical learning experience and learn from experienced industry professionals.

Cons

Nothing to say about it

Pros

Good benefits, pension (after 5 years), strong focus on competitiveness, supportive team.

Cons

I am a few months into the "training" for EP, and it is genuinely terrible. Work/life balance is awful, the expectation is to work 50+ hours per week, including arriving early, staying late, and doing homework outside of that. I put quotations around training because it isn't training- it's almost entirely self-learning using outdated, disorganized, and confusing e-modules.
