      Pros

      People and culture are great. Management genuinely seem to care about employees and doing the right thing. Everyone also has a great sense of humour and is down to earth.

      Cons

      Lots going on and 24 hour working patterns can lead to long days at times, but at least this is recognised and staff welfare is always considered. When you can see an end to it and the reasons why it at least makes it more manageable.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
