Pros

Salary is not bad Canteen has fish and chips on a friday

Cons

Quite obvious that the company is holding onto diesel catalysts for dear life - It makes up 60% of the profits. SIXTY PERCENT. And in 5 years it is likely to be seriously challenged by the battery vehicle market. They're too proud to admit (because they've done so well for 200 years) they need some new innovative products in the next 5 years, or they might be up the creek without a paddle. Royston catalyst site has a clear lack of strategy because of this. Nobody knows what they're aiming for anymore and it leads to chaotic project management and a revolving door of staff, and a toxic "I-know-whats-best" management style dictated by whatever agenda that person has. Very difficult to actually get anything done.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
