      Share Scheme, Pension, Free Lunch, Health Cash Plan, Subsidised Gym. Strong Product portfolio, which actually makes positive contribution to the world we live in.

      Cons

      Lack of knowledge about Manufacturing systems, Scale up and Shop floor staff care and growth among management.

      Pros

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
