      Pros

      I joined JM in 2015 and really enjoy the people I work with. There are lots of opportunities to make a positive difference. The pay and benefits are very good. There are multiple career opportunities at this site and at other JM sites in North America and worldwide.

      I don't have any cons for working at JM.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
