      Can be a fun working environment, the work is often challenging requiring a high attention to detail.

      Cons

      Senior Management at JCI Corporate seem to actively work against themselves. Their advice and mandates are very short sighted living one quarter to the next, and missing the bigger picture.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
