      Pros

      Corporate shuttle. Flexible hours. Good people to work with. I loved coming in to do my job. Company was willing to invest in training.

      Cons

      Company sometimes made poor decisions about entering new product areas. Decision to sell off automotive units was didn't end well for those in the sale.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
