Pros
Compensation, promotions, and company values. New Management seems to have a good grasp on the future plans for the plant, and constantly thinks of ways to improve the plant to help assist the work-family life balance.
Cons
Work-life Balance, too many bad habits to break. People tend to keep their jobs longer than they should, and it can be identified early on someone does not fit, yet nothing is done to prevent them from getting hired on full-time, or get rid of people who cause issues.
