      1. Good pay 2. Lot to learn

      Cons

      1. Employee Benefits are less 2. Need to work on weekends and won't be able to get comp-off for the same. 3. The Hierarchy is build like a Government office and hence there is no word of promotion and seniors stay here for like 10 - 15 years. 4. Company is good but management in some verticals are bad.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
