      Pros

      Usually fair pay, benefits and chances for advancement. Great work-life balance. They encourage a family type atmosphere and have events to reward employees and their families.

      Cons

      Company moved out of my area. Between my two terms with company it seemed the dynamic and attitude changed somewhat.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
