      Pros

      The people are open and professional. There is a very good work-life balance. The salary is OK for this country and is always on time. Diversity is respected and people are always ready to help so the common goal can be achieved.

      Cons

      After 5-6 years in the company you are either promoted to position you want to develop to or you have no more chance to grow.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
