      Pros

      The benefits are top notch. My location offered a very good Work/Life Balance. Challenging environment with an expectation to grow professionally.

      Cons

      My only downsides have to do with middle management. Lack of communication, recognition of good work, and even respect. I believe this is mainly at the location that I worked.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
