      Global company offers a wide variety of career opportunities. Most Management employees are helpful in providing guidance.

      Cons

      Global company with global perspectives causes it to sometimes lose the personal touch with their employees. Can be difficult for newcomers to learn the complex corporation and find their way around the corporation to acquire the answers they need with regards to communications......even among more senior employees, answers frequently given are "I don't know".
