      Pros

      Years ago JCI was truly the employer of choice. Regional Mngt team provided hands on support to Branch Organization.

      Cons

      Not the same since new Leadership took over in Canada 1.5 yrs ago. Seems like JCI now stands for Just Change It.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
