Pros
My co-workers that I met were some of the best people I have ever worked with. That is the only pro working here
Cons
There is no innovation being done as far as the operation. The manager who you will likely be reporting to is fine with "good enough" but never challenging how things could get better. The organizational struture doesn't support "projects" within this department and most of the responses I received were, "Well it's not unlikely for us to roll up our sleeves and get the job done". Also if you inquire about the procedures/process and NO ONE can tell you then you're asking the wrong questions( this is a direct quote) The ask is, to essentially want you to: Create the project, organize their KPI for the entire organization, execute said project, and make PowerPoint slides for the director without a team. It's a weird cross between a program/ project manager and an individual contributor. Hopefully, I can save someone the aggravation of working here there is no forward thinking here.
