Cons
-Performative diversity measures. The ppl who run it are the absolute worst. -People are burnt out to oblivion -Managers only care about you making them look good -My job description did not match what I was asked to do -Non-POC employees outside America have zero cultural awareness -Business comes first and people come 3rd -Many people are riding the wave to retirement, therefore younger employees are burdened with work. -Upper management does not care about employees, Only #'s -Barely any black people in senior leadership (I can count how many on my fingers) -Career growth is hard if you don't politic like hell. Main reason I left was because my boss never wanted to support me in growing.
