Good pay. Reputable company and good employees. Liked the clients and projects were worthwhile.
Cons
You must be on a billable project or you're given the axe. Be prepared to move or leave your family M-F. If that's what they mean by "People are our greatest asset", they have a lot of work to do (on themselves).
