Pros
Very diverse group of people, projects and clients. If you find the right Project Manager or Supervisor, you can get involved on just about any type of project you may be qualified for.
Cons
Constant concern of losing your job, especially if you aren't at least 85% billable. Company is quick to put staff on modified full or modified part time if not continually highly billable....if you're lucky.
