      The benefits for the position that I am in are more than fair compared to most other companies. Tuition assistance, training reimbursement, great healthcare plan, and great staff.

      Cons

      Confusing ideals. Volatile interoffice relations. Issues with certain people overstepping the bounds of their position. Training issues. Management ignorance.
