      Great colleagues. International scope, lots of opportunities for those willing to travel and work on project assignments. Strong safety culture.

      Cons

      Poor benefits - just not competitive. Operates like a job shop - no security whatsoever. If you don't have a billable assignment, out the door. Old boys club.
