Pros

Some coworkers were friendly and supportive and opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment

Cons

It was honestly difficult to find positives beyond the team: Management communication was often unclear and could come across as dismissive, frequent micromanagement created a lack of trust and made the work environment stressful, there appeared to be favoritism, with inconsistent treatment between employees, expectations sometimes felt unrealistic, with little flexibility in how work was approached, overall organization and support did not match the demands of the job, internal opportunities often seemed to go to preferred individuals rather than being clearly based on performance or qualifications
