Pros

Technological environment and good product

Cons

- Lack of transparency from the management. - VERY poor communication between the teams and within the teams. - Absolutely zero work/life balance. - Stressful work environment and no one seems to appreciate hard work. - Toxic, fear-based culture with military-style management. - Messy, unorganized procedures. The company culture is extremely toxic. They will try to sell you the "Codex", which is "a collection of values communally written by JFrog employees". Once you start working there, you will understand that it has nothing to do with reality. People are led to be scared to talk about issues with work, and too scared to stand up for anything. Avoid working there.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
