Pros

I love our company culture, the care behind each employee and the diversity within each of our international offices. During the time I've spent in the office, I've learned to meet some amazing Frogs who are always willing to guide me. I am one Slack message away from contacting over one thousand of my coworkers and that's pretty cool 🐸

Cons

I've left a handful of Glassdoor reviews and always have a couple of cons in mind prior to leaving one. It is also rare to have none, but if I were to have to mention one, I would say not having access to a gym onsite, but JFrog does compensate $50 per month for my gym membership so that is a fair deal :)

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
