Having spent a long career in tech, JFrog is easily a top-tier employer. The leadership genuinely cares, the product is an industry standard, and the work-life balance is excellent.

Because the company is growing so quickly, things change fast. It can be a challenge to keep up with the rapid pace of evolution, but it's an exciting environment if you enjoy staying on your toes.

Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
