Pros

I cannot imagine that this company could be any worse, or could it?

Cons

This company is 100% driven by the sales departments and it shows. The sales department's strategy is "kill or be killed". Sales employees are cutthroat and constantly backstabbing one another to hit their marks. This mentality bleeds into all other aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, treasury, human resources, etc. This breeds a corporate culture of dishonesty and fierce competitiveness. I survived two corporate layoff meetings during my tenure, and I would have much instead left in a blaze of glory than try to do right by this company. I worked there in 2006, and you would think the environment has changed. Sadly, this is not the case. A current controller told me that in September 2024, the company was virtually the same as in 2006. Zero stability, FBI raids, frequent corporate turnover, untrustworthy coworkers, and no meaningful promotions, but you do get great deals on meat.
