Supervisors promoted from within is the norm in Mayfield and there are so who have no business in any type of leadership role anywhere. There were some serious violations safety, humanely, and in general just a disgusting culture of demeaning and degrading workers. One supervisor intentionally turned line speeds up and hurt our employees because it was funny to him
