- If you stick around they will promote you since turnover is so high - The people that work with you are very nice and humble - Compensation and benefits are not bad
Cons
- HR and management will lie to your face - If you are production, they will work you to the bone 14+ hour days - Terrifying safety violations (Bypassed safety circuits, faulty equipment, zero formal training)
