Pros
Despite the fact that it's a packing house, you'll be surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet, and there's always something new to learn. JBS has really been trying to embrace new technologies for the past several years, which has really helped improve efficiency
Cons
Diversity isn't great, and unless you're coming from the parent company in Brazil, it can be tough to move up in the company.
