      - Lots of hours -PTO right away -Benefits right away - Double time on Sundays

      Cons

      - Must work Monday through Saturday, sometimes Sunday as well - 8 hour shifts turn to 12 hours shifts when someone is on vacation - Management will blame you for things out of your control

      Pros

      Vacation is good and fair.

      Cons

      The security department is the lowest paid. Management treats you like crap. Dead weight guards who are always hurt or lazy. They promote on people suck good.
